UX Scholar
Research Bookmark is a knowledge hub for UX professionals. They challenged themselves to understand the needs and wants of collegiate users and to build product adoption for them. The primary goal for our team was to help Research Bookmark effectively engage with university users by conducting user testing with the VCU students and professors to determine if the functionality of the Research Bookmark was most relevant to the university user’s needs and to create a comprehensive strategy that caters to the educational and career needs of these users.
In my role, I was part of creating a new brand identity for the Research Bookmark and responsible for designing the web-based learning tool (Landing page and Dashboard) that can be used to guide students to their new UI/UX journey.
